No one notices the dark-robed figure. With the Halenani having been destroyed the previous season, many have been in and out of the Wren Society seeking treatment. It is the screams of those patients that Maea will hear just after the tinkle of breaking glass, if it isn't muffled by the sounds of her own pain. Fuses, fire, and ascended do not mix; the skin on Maea's hands blisters and snarls as the fluid beneath her skin reacts to the fire. It is the main room and desk that are now bathed in flame, and in behind where the patient rooms and classroom are, only one patient is capable of walking.
