Cam nodded, rather comforted to hear that they weren't the only nonbinary person around -- though it sounded like Osozo and Azrael were a little different, if they were "made" that way. "It's how we express that idea at home, but a lot of people there aren't familiar with the concept either. But some people just don't fit into the categories of 'man' or 'woman.'"
They lifted their camera, tilting it a little. "Oh, it's a camera. It takes pictures -- produces, uh, perfect images of whatever it looks at. But it's broken. All my tech died when I came through the portal, I think."
