Taking another pull of the flask, he put it away as the Arbiter and the Preceptor squared off. Backing away, he called upon water from the nearby ocean. It leapt at his call, though he didn't use it just yet, just set it to swirling around him. Much as he might like to see the folks here in wet t-shirts (those that were wearing t-shirts) he figured he'd hold off on dousing them on the off chance cooler heads would prevail.
