Grabbing a vial of the potion from his cauldron, he scrambled to the top deck and joined the group surrounding the captain. The Hali frowned at the other man's words. Glancing in the direction of the birds, Saiden scratched his head. "Huh." There was a nonplussed tone to the word.
Then he grinned at Jack. "How do they hunt? If it's using their physical senses, if the scaring off don't work, maybe Elo can hide us or distract it with an illusion, and I can prevent it from following our wake?" Suggestion made, he dashed over to the mast to assist Eloise with the sails.
