What do you get when two ruthless assassins raise their daughter travelling through the wildest reaches of Caido? Take one look at Theea and you'll get a pretty good idea. Cheerful and tenacious in equal measure, and curious beyond all else, she began her journey on a mission to find those her mother once called family. And find them she did, soon rubbing elbows with demigods, leaders and even ghosts from the past. Her determination is resolute, her thirst for knowledge unmatched. We can't wait to see where her next adventure takes her!
Congratulations, Theea!

Bastien simply smiled and shrugged as Rexanna looked incredulous at the glass, then splayed out his hands in a 'you see?' gesture when she made a face after swallowing. Then she smiled and God, her smile was gorgeous. He took a second to recover from the sight before his mouth caught up with his brain and he laughed. "No, not poison. Maybe dull your senses a little. Which is what you wanted, yes?"
The apology and her awkward confession made him shake his head and place a hand just lightly on her knee. "Do not apologise. I think with all the death in the air right now we are all...upside down." It was certainly hard to keep up any kind of fun sexy vibe when there was so much horror at every turn. When this was all over he would have to throw a great party just to instil some joy back into the place.
"Perhaps..." He looked towards the back rooms, where there would be a quieter storage space for Rexanna to calm down without the constant chatter and panic around them. "...Could I take you to somewhere quiet, cara? It may help to clear your mind. I could even make you a bed, if you'd like. And I could stay with you." Surprisingly for Bastien there really was no innuendo intended here, just genuine concern.

With every word and every breath.
What god doesn't give to you,
You've got to go and get for yourself.
