[ME] A LongNight with Friends

A month prior, Sam had envisioned this Longnight being like the ones of the last few years, laying by himself in his bed with one candle and a book; but Remi was here and frankly he didn't trust him to not go running off to the spire in the middle of the week. Also he found that he actually wanted to be around people, having realised in the last while that having friends did not have to be a terrifying idea. Still, he spent most of his time at the Rathskeller either sat in a corner or being Remi's shadow. The level of noise scared him, used to Longnights in absolute silence except for the turning of a page. But he had no chance of convincing those around him to stay quiet so he simply tried to keep himself hushed, hoping if monsters broke in they might go for him last. Occasionally he would smile. At Remi, at another friend...but he spent most of it nervous. The absence of Jigano worried him despite the argument they'd had, and he was constantly fantasising about monsters coming in to savage everybody.
