A tangible shadow suddenly snaked out, knocking down the oh so pretty candle Phoebe had brought. What a pity Safrin hadn't lit a real flame.
Though Ludo was silent, its amusement was palpable as the shadow lost its physical aspect and became just another dark shape on the ground.
