Why was Delphia there? She wasn't exactly sure and had nothing to do with leveling requirements. But there she was, strolling down the beach, when she got the distinct impression that someone was looking for help. So she followed her whims, guided by spirits that were surprisingly active in Torchline. Perhaps it was the lively lifestyle that gave them the extra energy that they seemed to lack so many other places.

Eventually she ducked into a building and before her stood a man she did not know, and a woman she recognized from somewhere because loopy doopy timelines. "I can help as well."
