Phoebe blinked a few times, staring in shock as Harper went flying back onto the ground and she yet remained standing. She glanced between him and her hands...and before she was suddenly was grabbed up and spun around. On instinct, she grabbed onto his shoulders, holding tight as he spun her. She laughed as he set her down, smiling up at him, if only from surprise alone.
"Uh..." she stuttered looking down at her hands. "It was...scary but...kind of exciting too!" she said, giggling nervously.
