Smiling faintly at Maea's words, Loren nodded just once. His hands clenched and unclenched very briefly. "Alright, if you say so." Scratching the back of his head, he found himself yawning again. He shot her an apologetic smile afterwards.

As she mentioned that she'd been on the trip to Whitebrim with Jigano, the healer's eyes narrowed slightly. He turned to face her more fully, and pressed his lips together. "I did not." Sighing, he ran a nervous hand through his hair. "I'm sorry to hear that. I take it that...what you found in the mines was..." Voice trailing off, he shrugged, giving her a sympathetic and understanding look.
