The audience parted for him automatically, once whispers of the Warden's presence reached them, and soon enough Neron stood before the bonfire. He raised a hand as the song reached its crescendo, and a ribbon of ice - a starburst, a frosted comet - seemed to wind delicately up and around the bonfire, bathed in its ruddy light.
