However, Abasi's words caused the smile to falter. Rolling onto his back, Loren found himself sitting up, turning so he could look the other man in the eyes. The uncertainty and hesitancy in the summoner's voice was clear and he bit his lip as he looked away.Flushing in more than a bit of embarrassment, the Launceleyn found himself tracing a pattern on the mattress. The smile came back, though it didn't quite reach his eyes. "I am thankful, yes. And yes, yes it has." He found himself reaching for Abasi's hand, needing some reassurance in that moment.
