OLIVER
Training inside sucks. Oliver had learned that during LongNight. It wasn't exactly an accurate representation of how things would normally be and also he kept feeling like he was about to run into a wall or some shit like that. Now outdoors? Outdoors felt like a perfect place to practice his magic safely. He wanted to try it out with someone else, but there wasn't really anyone Oliver felt as though he could ask. Almost everyone seemed too busy to be bothered. So, he'd just have to work on it alone without any practice.
There wasn't anyone in sight...or well, there wasn't when Oliver first arrived. Once he had found himself a nice, flat area to work, Oliver had kind of started to zone out. Relaxing his body, Oliver took a few deep breaths before his personal training started. He lifted up a small rock that was by his feet and tried to allow it to float around his body. He wanted to maintain a constant height of it being one foot off of the ground, as well he wanted to keep a nice momentum. He would have preferred to keep it in a nice circle...but that was asking for a bit too much.
Once he made one full turn, he set it back down and allowed himself to rest before trying again with a second rock.
