Wrinkling her nose against it, she exhales loudly. “It’s better in the light.” She offers, knowing it’s not Ru’in, knowing it somewhat is at the same. “The last time I chose darkness, it killed you in an explosion of teal flame.” She manages, forcing herself to think of Kisamoa and the destruction wrought upon the end of her home world. “I am here for you. For your soul. So we can be together like we should have been.” She utters into the darkness above. If she gets his soul, she'll know that he's there. That Ludo and Mort can look over him, knowing where he is. And she takes another broken breath, hoping Jigano might stick the antler staff back up again while she remains in a defensive pose with her sword and shield above to take any drudges of sludge.
