As Loren had walked away from Roana’s house, he’d heard the shatter of broken glass. However, Deimos hadn’t called for assistance, so the summoner had to assume that the general had everything under control. That didn’t mean that the Launceleyn’s heart didn’t sink; it seemed Roana had chosen to flee rather than face judgment. And the general would catch her, the summoner had no doubt of that.
