Phoebe glanced at her hair. Pulled over her shoulders, it easily covered her chest and reached the top of her hip bones. "Well, when I was in finishing school, everyone hated me and teased me. And one time a girl behind me cut off my braid so my hair was about here..." she said holding her hand just under her ear. "I...refuse to cut it pretty much now after that."
