The rooms were something that Thorn adored only for the fact that sure, he could hear as many stories and memories people could offer, but to see the spaces fill out, each detail perfectly there for his seafoam gaze to capture and take in on his own, certainly added to the appeal of his most recent hobbies. So he settles, watching as she flits about the room like the fae in the Greatwood, a soft smile tugging on his lips as he lifts his attention to the room as it shifts and changes.
Before he knows it, velvet and silk, warmth and large furniture he could get lost in, a warmth he hasn’t known since leaving Halo embraces him. It’s distracting enough that he belatedly notices when she steps back to him, his gaze finally landing on her as the smile stretches a bit wider. “Love it, Ellyra.” He breathes, stepping toward her, the loose billowing clothing out of place here, though it won’t matter given what awaits them.
He meets her halfway, arms slipping around her, ready to give her a night of her dreams.
