Even if the shop was set up just perfectly for her needs, and the greenhouse in the back was everything she'd never known she needed, and the living quarters were just enough for she and Sascha to grow into after their tiny room in the Academy dorms. She eyed the key in Evie's hand, but couldn't quite bring herself to reach out and bridge the distance.
