With his long-held experience with buildings, given how much they’d had to do in the Grounds and beyond since his initial Outlander days, the Sword was content with the work; normal, residual, habitual. Once he returned from the roof, there was more to be done, and in his reticence, he listened quietly to the tasks.
More apt to building than painting, mostly because he tended to make a mess when juvenile restlessness took over, he eyed the space, considerations and calculations never too far from his mind. Taking the compliment with a small smile, he nodded towards the open area. “Thank you. I can make the benches.”
And from there, he granted himself some room to do just that – gloves peeled away so the creation magic flowed and flickered through them, bringing all the images in his detailed plans to fruition.
