Tal's kicking had the unintended effect of stomping onto one of Kaiden's fins. The pain caught the tiger shark off guard, and they let go. Ignoring the unknown, incoming, speck in the sky, they backed off from the courier.
Swimming a small distance away, the turned around and surged back, hoping to catch him off guard and bite down once more onto the vest.
