Normally he couldn't stand guys like that; good-looking and charismatic? It just didn't seem fair! But even with his guard up against it the other man's easy grin and good humor were worming their way past the courier's envy before it could properly take root.

Tal shook his head ruefully at their antics and glanced back up at the Carpenter, giving a rueful shrug. "Nah, we just came here for. Um. Doin' a task for mmmLudo," he finished on a mumble, reaching up to rub at the back of his neck in embarrassment. "What about you guys?"
