But his rumble took on a distinctly mischievous undertone, with a juvenile, boyish grin to match. “Ru is a woman of many facets. A hybrid, like myself.” They might’ve been the few left to hold the term. “Loyal, kind, devoted to her friends and family.” A shrug of his shoulders followed, as if all the sentimentality felt wrong. “Mercurial and capricious at times, but I think you would enjoy her teaching.”
