She couldn't will her features to take on their scowl, though she contemplated it for a moment. Flicking her banner-like fins, Andy angled herself some to be able to do her own assessment of the stranger. "Are you from the city? I haven't seen you...although the ocean is a rather large place." A curse that the world held that Andy hated -- not knowing everything about everyone because everyone was too far spread and too far apart.
