I went to speak with Safrin about the weather. There has been a shrine built in Torchline to the Deepfrost goddess and that's what's causing the cold. Safrin expressed that it remaining here would be detrimental to Torchline and her delicate ecosystem.
I need to destroy it and I'm hoping that you might be able to help.
