Flora is pretty sure that this is one of those moments where the big handsome man stands behind her, wraps his arms and hands over hers, to guide her actions. Then they fall in love and blah blah blah. That Sunjata was just standing next to her stole Flora's concentration away from the task at hand. Was she not cute enough? Was he taken? Did she smell?
Huffing, it would take several poorly thrown sticks and a few more mild-mannered comments from Sunjata before Flora began to strategize that maybe if she impressed him, things would go the way she expected (read: like a romance novel). So, with her brows furrowed and sweat beading down her spine despite the chillier than normal temperatures, Flora, using both arms, thrust the stick forward where it neatly hit the target.
"Well how about that." She trilled triumphantly as if they hadn't been standing there for the better part of an hour.
"Easy peasy." Flora adds with a flirtatious wink. Little does she know how very badly she's read the situation, but nevermind.
