Sah
Sah is about to throw out a retort when his foot hits a rock buried under the sand. "Fuck!" The Abandoned is knocked off balance and sent stumbling. He just barely sticks his landing, nearly falling flat on his face. Taking a second to fully regain his balance, Sah notes with annoyance that Cordelia now has a solid lead.
Grumbling good naturedly, Sah takes off running again. Though he does keep an eye on any rocks, he picks up his speed from where he was again. He probably can't keep up this pace for long but they're almost there, so he hopes it will pay off.
Lilly, as usual, is far ahead of both humans. Her amusement at her bonded's blunder is clear through their bond. If Sah ever gets an inflated ego. it's clear that his companion will knock it out of him.
