With Azrael secure and the slime trail found again, Nate starts to feel a little more confident speeding along beside it, claws scrabbling at the nothing ground like somehow it will make him faster. They’re not out of it yet, and they still need to find Isla, but it certainly feels like they’re in a better situation than before.
He’s not entirely sure what he’s looking for, but Nate keeps eyes and ears peeled for any sign of the other doctor, or the other dragons. He’ll rush towards any sign at this point, voice or distant shape on the horizon, ready and willing to defend or attack if need be.
