More interested in Sam's missing fingers than making her point, Edy immediately leans across to swipe at the place the bookmaker's missing digits should have been. "How the fuck did you manage to lose those?"
Listening to the clatter of the stone only to find herself suddenly delighted as another joined it, Edy nodded her head in fervent agreement. "Right? When I was queen she gave me a gift for it and I think we almost had sex once. And now it's like none of that even happened and she has cool new friends and I'm just nothing."
