"If I don't make them up, then Caido might spawn something even worse," Ronin informs the other man, already ducking around a corner in this weird house of mirrors, pausing before a reflection of the Huntsman that seems very skinny and stretched. "I love that age," he says softly, referring to Sunjata's twins, and when he smiles over his shoulder at his friend, it's with a sort of pride in his eyes. "I think they'll be really good for you," he murmurs.

I think, between us all, we should be able to find a way to keep our children safe." He doesn't know about Maeve and her ability to keep Caido's children out of the war, not yet at least.
