At the same time, he still wants to make the fucker hurt. Making a turning motion with his wrist, the Abandoned activates his telekinesis once more. Using it, he attempts to slowly twists the blade within the monster in a corkscrew motion. Slowly rotating and pulling it out, so that it will fly back to his hand. Is it a sadistic thing to attempt? Yes. Does he care at the moment? Absolutely not.
