He doesn't give a damn who hears it in fact, because fuck this fucking Longnight monster come to haunt them again. And given that he can't seem to do shit with anything subtle, once more the Hailstorm reaches for the magic that has been his namesake for so long.
It's with ice at his fingertips that he aims once more for the monster's wings, wanting to prevent it from escaping into the air. It wouldn't do them any favours - and worse, should it so happen that the monster has enough fo them, it could end up flying elsewhere to cause trouble.
