Jack grunts his understanding - if Milo had worked his magic on the very stones of the fountain, then the water is just an added bonus, and he straightens up from the cask to draw out the water in a much more forceful jet. It arcs and splashes into the fountain, and at the same time the water within the structure twists out to fill the cask and complete the circuit. "Makes a lot of sense," he murmurs, though his responses are clipped at best; the captain is concentrating, if it isn't obvious.
