Nikolai found it was far easier to deal with the pest when using two blades and it caused him to send Mabel a fanged grin. "This is actually kind of fun!" Perhaps this unhinged, unnamed sibling was onto something after all. Nikolai had begun to find the carnage rather satisfying. From that point the two Ascended practiced their knife skills on the all too willing pumpkins until the local population was thoroughly thinned.
