With none of the answers to their questions given, Ronin is left to glare moodily over his shoulder at the Klaws, falling to a halt only because Mildew does. Around them the swamp definitely doesn't seem to be rolling out the welcome wagon, and it's either his hackles rising or a quick thought for his husband behind him that ignites his dazzle. Either way, a soft glow starts to pulse from within the Star, illuminating the area around them.
