Not exactly what he had in mind when he asked for help, but he's really not complaining. The shimmery dark shield hides him from the Skellibob's next attack and he misses what could have been a really awful blow. Ronin unleashes a ram, letting it charge across the sand to draw out the beastie which does the trick, lighting up the darkness around them with its fiery footfalls. He's not as dumb as the pale hair one deciding to try and touch the damn thing, but not having much for distance leaves him limited. Instead he sends instructions along his bond to Valvynn, telling her to try and get another hit in with her ice breath instead. It was worth a shot.
The dragon swoops in, trying to maintain some distance from the Skellibob even as she releases a stream of ice with the intention of hitting the damn thing.
