What do you get when two ruthless assassins raise their daughter travelling through the wildest reaches of Caido? Take one look at Theea and you'll get a pretty good idea. Cheerful and tenacious in equal measure, and curious beyond all else, she began her journey on a mission to find those her mother once called family. And find them she did, soon rubbing elbows with demigods, leaders and even ghosts from the past. Her determination is resolute, her thirst for knowledge unmatched. We can't wait to see where her next adventure takes her!
Congratulations, Theea!

Aurelia
and that the world is always our fault when we did nothing, how did we do wrong?
"Yeah, that's right! Fly away, cowards!" She shakes her broom at them for good measure. Instead of a grin like Melita's, she's frowning rather fiercely as she watches them flee across the coast. Momentarily, the incident is let go as she returns to the aftermath of the hel attack. Hopefully she can forget it ever happened. Damn birds.
To Melita, she more pleasantly says "Thanks" and offers a brief smile before they get back to work.
Trusty broom still in hand, Aurelia moves about the deck and the gangplank with it. Seeds, feathers, and other debris are swept away, off into the waters below. With Melita taking care of the supplies, Aurelia can focus more on making sure things look presentable by the time Jack resurfaces. Like nothing ever happened.
Aurelia cleans up the mess! And maybe moves a few new chairs around~
and I've been thinking that when we thought the world would break us, that we weren't wrong
The Mers seem vaguely familiar (it’s been a hot minute since Raz has done underwater repairs like this), so she gives them a polite wave and takes the chisel from Jack. They’re valuable allies and she wouldn’t want to be the one to piss ‘em off, so she gives ‘em a wide berth an’ lets ‘em do their thing. Swimming over to the other side’a the Ark, Raza begins that familiar balancing act’a staying level in the water.
The water’s resistance makes it a bit harder to work in, but Torchers are strong an’ Raza - well, she’s a hardy woman an can put her liquor-luggin’ muscles to work. It’s perhaps a little slower than one’a the crew, but she does her best to keep chippin’ away at the barnacles even when one’a them cuts her knuckles an’ she stats to bleed a bit into the water.

Raza chips away at the barnacles but grazes her knuckles in the process :/

With all of the trials and tribulations dealt with, and no further trouble from Hels or anything else, the Ark's restocking and repairs go smoothly. Indeed, once the barnacles are cleared away, once the supplies are set down and the deck swept and arranged just so, the Ark is actually looking quite proud, as ships go. Jack surfaces not long after Melita and Aurelia are done; he has thanked the Mers and bade them farewell, and when Raza surfaces next to him, he'll be sure to press his lips to her knuckles as if that might make it all better.
Tipping a wink to the proprietress of the Hanged Man, Jack hauls himself out of the water and gazes up at his ship. He's clearly not upset at what he sees, either, because as he steps aboard, he moves straight to a barrel that's been unloaded along with the supplies, rolling it out into the middle of the deck. "That'll fuckin' do," he said, his voice roughened by the salt water. "Enjoy - on me." He kicks the barrel gently.
Within, the crew will find a very fine, very potent spiced rum. Probably worth a pretty penny, but a gift for a job well done will keep anyone sweet.
The PQ is complete and the Ark is restocked and repaired!
Jack has given the crew a gift in the form of a barrel of massively alcoholic spiced rum. ENJOY!
