It's that time again! ...only, a little earlier and a few weeks longer than usual this year ^^;
You've probably noticed that I've been quieter than usual for a little while now. Work has been, to put it mildly, A Lot™ for the past 4-6 weeks or so, and I'm usually not sitting down and able to write posts until 11pm at night. I've been staying up way past my bedtime trying to keep caught up with everyone and... well, I haven't done particularly well with it since I'm exhausted and usually end up dozing off mid-post. I've been burning myself out by not getting enough sleep, stressing myself out when I can't respond in a timely manner to posts, and I've realized that I can't keep this up.
My weekends have also been fairly well packed this summer with various obligations to friends, family, and house maintenance, which has often been super fun! But not conducive for sitting down to write for long periods of time, so I end up getting even further behind.
I'm still planning to be around in the server and I intend to keep posting when I can, but I'm going to keep my threads pared down to the bare minimum for the next month or so while work is in high gear and I take my annual Gencon vacation week with friends.
Hadama will continue to do king and demigod stuff as needed, and Tal will be around King's End with Alys, but please be patient with me <3
