With the work coming to a close, Noah noticed there were more and more people coming to help him. What he didn’t know, though, because he hadn’t taken the time to look and pay attention, was that Talyson was sending the people to him. No matter their direction, Noah welcomed them and their work. He could see the end in sight as they worked shoulder to shoulder.
More hours passed and workers came in and out, but Noah kept his nose to the grindstone. He did not want to stop until this project was completely done. Then, and only then, could he relax enough to share in a meal with the Grounders. Finally, it was done. Noah helped gather tools and make piles of leftover materials before he made his way over to the table that was quickly filling with food. Smiling, talking, eating and drinking, Noah enjoyed his time with the ascended-free Grounders.
Noah makes sure the roof project is totally finished before he starts to enjoy the eats and drinks the people have brought in.
